For math — and every subject · paper stays paper

Grade 150 handwritten math papers before your coffee gets cold.

Scan the whole stack once. Easiest Grader grades every sheet against your handwritten key and hands you a triage sheet in stack order — so you only stop at the papers that need you.

How it works

  1. 01

    Header

Students write grade level, period, seat, date at the top — or on an optional 1″×7″ sticker.

  2. 02

    Scan the stack

Put your KEY sheet on top and run the whole stack through any copier — one PDF, or email it to grade@easiestgrader.com.

  3. 03

    Triage sheet

Get a printout in the exact order of your stack: missing seats, runs of 100%s, and the sheets with real mistakes.

  4. 04

    Write and hand back

Put papers in numerical seat order by class period. Write 100 down the fast runs, handwrite feedback on flagged sheets from the triage sheet, enter grades, hand back by seat.

Private by design

No student names, no roster upload. Papers are identified only by grade level, period, and seat, processed for grading, and never stored. Blind grading comes free.

Questions teachers ask

Do students write their names?
No. Students write grade level, period, and seat at the top of the page — or cover the name line with an optional Avery 94225 sticker. No names are read or stored, which keeps grading blind and FERPA-friendly.
Do I have to buy stickers?
No. Stickers are optional. Students can write the same info straight on the page and it's read the same way.
What scanner do I need?
Any copier or feeder scanner that makes one continuous PDF — front and back. You can upload it, or email it to grade@easiestgrader.com from the copier.
How does the answer key work?
Put your handwritten key or exemplar sheet on top of the stack, marked KEY. It is detected automatically and every page after it is graded against it.
Does it give partial credit?
Yes. Each question is graded with partial credit and a short reason, and the triage sheet lists exactly which questions each student missed.
What about missing papers?
Any seat number with no paper is listed as Missing / 0% at the top of the triage sheet so you can follow up.
